Buono anche il prezzo, l'Agenzia Avis dista pochi metri dalla Stazione di Viareggio....ma attenzione a non prendere un taxi anche se siete carichi di valigie e pacchi.....prezzo della corsa per 3'di auto e pochi metri....euro 14,00 e se non si sta attenti danno un resto non esatto!!!!! nemmeno fossimo a Tokyo notoriamente famosa per i prezzi folli!!!!!

Good internet booking! The price is also good, the Avis Agency is a few meters from the Viareggio station .... but be careful not to take a taxi even if you are loaded with suitcases and packages ..... ride price for 3'di cars and a few meters .... € 14.00 and if you are not careful they give an incorrect change !!!!! we were not even in Tokyo famously famous for the crazy prices !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you walk in, there is never anyone in the store to help you. Usually to find some assistance it takes 15-20 minutes to find anyone to help you for a rental car, usually with an attitude. The rental cars are dirty although they are clean inside. The customer service here is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car on their website. It checked for available models of cars and available accessory. We choose a mid size car and a proper baby seat for our 1 year old. When we got there to pick it up they said they didn’t have any baby seats, not in Viareggio, Pisa or Lucca, even though we specifically got the option to book one. So we had to cancel the whole booking and walk across town to Hertz and hope they had a car and baby seat available. Luckily they did, so we could go ahead with our vacation plans. Really really disappointed with Avis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car dirty and several dents and scrapes not noted by Avis employee. Employee not interested and said damage was normal wear and tear.
Returned car to Pisa Airport Avis depot where employee there, with barely a glance at the car went straight to a small scrape, without looking at the original document listing previous damage and stated it was new damage !!!
Amazing powers of vision considering the car came from Viareggio and he was unaware of previous damage.
Be very wary of this crowd.
