★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace fare un commento negativo, ma è riferito puramente alla poca professionalità e disponibilità, sfociata in pura villania, della commessa, in servizio domenica 11 ottobre 2020 alle 14,30. La persona in questione, ad una richiesta detta con gentilezza e cortesia, non dovrebbe rispondere in maniera inadeguata come ha fatto. Il motivo di tale fastidio, era cercare il nominativo sul pc perché mi ero dimenticata la tessera. Ci sono rimasta male, perché è la prima volta che mi capita una aggressività gratuita in questo esercizio presso il quale mi rifornisco da anni. È inadeguata una persona che lavora in questa maniera ( questo è quanto espresso da mia moglie che da anni frequenta l'esercizio in questione ed il centro Dima)
Sorry to make a negative comment, but it refers purely to the lack of professionalism and availability, which resulted in pure rudeness, of the order, on duty Sunday 11 October 2020 at 2.30pm. The person in question, to a request said with kindness and courtesy, should not respond inadequately as he did. The reason for this annoyance was looking for the name on the PC because I had forgotten my card. I was disappointed, because it is the first time that free aggression has occurred to me in this exercise where I have been supplying myself for years. A person who works in this way is inadequate (this is what my wife expressed, who has been attending the business in question and the Dima center for years)
