Questa era la recensione che avevo scritto dando una stella;successivamente sono stata contattata dal dott.lucchetti e abbiamo chiarito...probabilmente per un errore di sistema le.mie mail non erano arrivate.
Ho ordinato i prodotti che mi interessavano ad un ottimo prezzo...spedizione velocissima...consegna precisa ...ottima esperienza !!! Consiglio sicuramente !!!

Sono una persona a cui piace capire le cose e devo dire che il dottore è stato molto preciso e dettagliato nel farmele capire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service. We purchased a solar cream which didn’t work and they refused to replace it. Both the man and the woman in the store were highly rude also making jokes. If you can avoid it.

The fact the doctor below states are true but nonetheless you and your assistant have been highly rude and aggressive. You made jokes laughing at me both of you numerous times. This is the worst customer service ever. This won’t change.
