Seppur a due passi da casa ,non acquisterò più presso questa parafarmacia.Il problema sono i farmacisti che non sanno assolutamente accogliere ed ascoltare l'esigenza del cliente. Il loro unico obiettivo è quello di vedendere il prodotto più caro! Questa esperienza mi è capitata due volte consecutivamente a distanza di 5 mesi....in particolar modo ieri avevo chiesto uno sciroppo specifico e CLASSICO...invece me ne è stato venduto uno in stick al modico prezzo di 14.95....utile per il viaggio si,ma cosa che io non avevo richiesto. Stessa cosa per una pomata post puntura...sempre la più costosa. Consiglio alla farmacia di ascoltare il cliente e non truffarlo,perché così si perde clientela...a NON rivederci!
