Il signore senza occhiali che lavora lì è decisamente spocchioso, arrogante con la puzza sotto il naso è molto e dico molto poco disponibile a qualsiasi tipo di Informazione necessitasse. Si ricordi che si viene per aver informazioni. Se mi da il catalogo e basta il viaggio che lo faccio da sola su internet e risparmio anche. Bocciatissima
Not even a star would give this agency. The gentleman without glasses who works there is decidedly snooty, arrogant with the stench under his nose, and I say very little available to any type of information he needs. Remember that you come for information. If you give me the catalog and just the trip I do it alone on the internet and also save. Bocciatissima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Si va in agenzia x essere accolti e non accusati di non controllare tutti i dati. Sbagliato la data del ritorno del treno e quindi pagato il doppio del prezzo. Professionalità serietà e gentilezza sono completamente latitanti. Sconsigliatissimo ?
Bad experience. You go to the agency to be greeted and not accused of not checking all the data. Wrong date of train return and therefore paid double the price. Professionalism, seriousness and kindness are completely fugitive. Not recommended ?
