★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto organizzati ed efficienti. Hanno vari punti di noleggio tra San Candido, Dobbiaco e Lienz. Molto comodo il fatto di poter lasciare la bici in un punto diverso da quello di ritiro iniziale. Ampia scelta di bici per tutte le esigenze.

Servizio incredibilmente organizzato ed efficace, prezzi non esorbitanti ma nemmeno bassi, personale gentile ed efficiente. La possibilità di riconsegnare la bici in un punto diverso è comodità enorme, specie se abbinata alla linea del treno.

Incredibly organized and effective service, prices that are not exorbitant but not low, friendly and efficient staff. The possibility of returning the bike to a different point is an enormous convenience, especially if combined with the train line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Agosto un delirio, obbligo prenotare la bici on-line per evitare inutili perdite di tempo, il sito funziona molto bene. Noi abbiamo preso una E-city ed una mountain bike tradizionale. Al ritiro delle bici è possibile acquistare anche il biglietto del treno per il ritorno da Lienz. Con la E-city tutto bene, ma con la MTB ho avuto subito problemi al cambio che continuava a saltare e rischiava di rovinarmi la giornata. Percorrendo la San Candido - Lienz all'altezza della stazione ferroviaria di Sillian abbiamo trovato un centro Papin che mi ha sostituito la bici e abbiamo proseguito senza problemi. 4 stelle perché secondo il mio parere le bici andrebbero controllate prima della consegna al cliente, visto il costo non mi aspettavo problemi di questo genere.

Along the San Candido - Lienz at the Sillian railway station we found a Papin center that replaced my bike and we continued without problems. 4 stars because in my opinion the bikes should be checked before delivery to the customer, given the cost I did not expect problems of this kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampia scelta di bici, con noleggio in stazione a San Candido e riconsegna a Lienz, evitando di dover caricare la bicicletta sul treno.
Ottima organizzazione ed efficienza.
La mia bicicletta aveva qualche piccolo problemino, ma nulla che ne pregiudicasse l'utilizzo.
In luglio ed agosto, visto l'alta affluenza di consiglia di arrivare verso le 9 se si vuole evitare la ressa. È possibile anche la prenotazione on line ma non è indispensabile se si arriva presto. Ampia disponibilità di accessori quali cestini, seggiolini, carrellini per bimbi piccoli o per animali da compagnia.
Prezzo non economico, ma in linea con le alternative disponibili.

Solo un lungo periodo trascorso nell'Arma dei Carabinieri mi ha consigliato di mantenere la calma. Avrei avuto sicuramente la peggio.
ho creduto di vivere un film. Invece era tutto vero. Se siete del posto ok. Diversamente evitate di aver a che fare con personaggi violenti e facinorosi che mi hanno riportato indietro di un centinaio di anni…. La mia fortuna è stato non rispondere alle provoicazioni. Sono stato complretamente zitto ed ho addirittura alzato le mani...sperando che non usassero violenza su di me o sulla mia famiglia. …E vi assicuro, non ho avuto nessun motivo per mettermimi in contrasto con loro. Semplicemente passavo di li. NON LO DIMENTICHERO' MAI.

I thought I was living in a movie. Instead it was all true. Ok if you are a local. Otherwise, avoid having to deal with violent and troubled characters who have brought me back a hundred years…. My luck was not responding to the provoications. I was completely silent and even raised my hands ... hoping they would not use violence on me or my family. … And I assure you, I had no reason to put myself at odds with them. I was just passing by. I'LL NEVER FORGET IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trip is good until you get close to Lienz, then the bike trail disappears and directs become vague. Had to consult Google maps to find our way to Lienz, and then finding the bike drop off was very difficult. We later saw the sign that we missed, but the trip would have overall been improved with more clear signage once the trail ends and you enter Lienz. The rest of the trip was enjoyable, but this unfortunately soured the journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Despite early reservation and confirmation the requested small e-fully was not available and they tried to give me a way too big bike. As an alternative, a small hardtail was offered with which the saddle was too high and they wanted to saw down the pole...
In generall, seems more mass processing than quality rental.
