Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, exzellenter, kompetenter und sehr freundlicher Service! Auch die Räder (wir hatten Mountainbikes) hatten eine super Qualität! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder! Wir haben die Fahrräder telefonisch vereinbart und alles wie erwartet bekommen. I rent four bikes from Papinsport in Merano. The bikes were in good technical condition. We arranged the bikes by phone and got everything as expected.
M	Marcel Länzlinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bikes sind eigentlich OK. In Meran jedoch herrscht ein Ganz Schwacher Service und keinerlei Kundenfreundlichkeit. Wir wurden in Latsch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass in Meran zwischen 12.00 und 14.00 keine Bikes zurückgegeben werden können. Als wir dann um 13.00 Anklopften, um zu Fragen ob wir ausnahmsweise Abgeben können, wurde zuerst behauptet er dürfe die Bikes nicht zurücknehmen danach kam als Ausrede die Systeme seien über Mittag offline um die Bikes zurücknehmen, danach wurde uns unfreundlich erklärt, dass auch die Belegschaft mal Mittag haben dürfe. Nur um dann 5min später einen Lieferwagen voller Velos zu entladen. Bei Papin Sport in Meran werden die Kunden abgewimmelt und belogen. Die Abgabe fand dann kurz vor 14.00 innert 10sek statt. Ein echt trauriger Abschluss einer sonst sehr schönen und gemütlichen Radtour. The bikes are actually OK. In Meran, however, there is a very poor service and no customer friendliness. We were not informed in Latsch that no bikes can be returned in Merano between 12:00 and 14:00. When we knocked at 1 p.m. to ask if we could hand in the bikes as an exception, it was first claimed that he was not allowed to take the bikes back, then the excuse was that the systems were offline to take the bikes back at lunchtime, after which we were rudely explained to us that the staff, too may have lunch. Only to then unload a van full of bicycles 5 minutes later. At Papin Sport in Merano, customers are dismissed and lied to. The handover took place shortly before 2 p.m. within 10 seconds. A really sad end to an otherwise very nice and leisurely bike tour.
E	Edwin Draser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Bikes und guter Service zu noch vertretbaren Preisen. Hatten uns drei E-MTB ausgeliehen für einen Tag und die Bikes waren im guten Zustand. Uns hat es Spaß gemacht damit zu fahren. Ab der Station beim Bahnhof sind die Radwege auch gut verschuldet so dass man deine Route ohne Probleme finden sollte. Good bikes and good service at affordable prices. Had borrowed three eMTBs for one day and the bikes were in good condition. We enjoyed driving it. From the station at the train station, the bike paths are also well in debt, so you should find your route without any problems.
J	J. Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben dieses Jahr 5 E-Bike dort für einen recht hohen Preis gemietet. Bei der Abholung in Mals wurden uns die Bike im Schnellverfahren ausgehändigt. Obwohl wir bei der Onlinebuchung die Größe angegeben hatten, waren bei 3 Bike die Rahmen viel zu klein was sogar einen Sattel Abbruch während der Fahrt zur Folge hatte. Es wurde dann gegen ein Fahrrad ohne Akku getauscht aber der Mietpreis blieb gleich. Und anstatt einer Entschuldigung im Hinblick was hätte bei dem Sattel Abbruch passieren können wurden wir bezichtigt daran schuld zu sein. Die Sattel Stange wurde vom Personal in Mals so eingestellt das nur 3 cm der Stange im Rahmen waren der wie gesagt viel zu klein war. Nach unserem Einwand wurde uns gesagt das das so schon passt. Außerdem konnte man die Bremsen bei 2 weiteren Bike bis zum Handgriff anziehen ohne richtige Leistung. Von fehlenden Klingeln mal ganz abgesehen waren de Räder sehr schlecht gewartet. Das Personal in Meran war recht unverschämt und frech. Wir werden dort keine Fahrräder mehr ausleihen . We rented 5 e-bikes there for quite a high price this year. In addition, you could pull the brakes on 2 other bikes up to the handle without real performance. Apart from the lack of bells, the bikes were very poorly maintained. The staff in Merano was quite rude and rude. We will no longer rent bicycles there.

Peccato che non sia specificato da nessuna parte e sia pubblicizzato come "Deposito bagaglu della stazione". Assurdo che l'intera città di Merano non preveda un deposito bagagli per turisti aperto 7/7, nemmeno in centro. A luggage room closed on Sundays, useful as a speedboat in a hut. EDIT: the owner replies that it is "for cyclists". Too bad it is not specified anywhere and is advertised as "Station bagaglu depot".
