Mortadella di asina, bresaola di toro, provoloni aromatizzati alla birra, fragolino etc., formaggi speciali, parmigiano 40 o 50 mesi, salami al Barolo o al tartufo, prosciutto di Sauris o di Praga ma soprattutto una mozzarella di bufala di livello assoluto con consegna giornaliera.
