★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State alla larga!!! Ho portato il pneumatico della moto da enduro... È riuscito a montarla al contrario e a rigare tutto il cerchio! Per non parlare delle mousse nuove che non oso pensare in che condizioni siano! Se si impegnava peggio di così non sarebbe riuscito a fare!!!!! A volte quando non si è in grado è meglio lasciare perdere.

Mio marito ha aquistato dei pneumatici invernali sul sito gommadiretto.it che ti lascia scegliere dalla lista il centro convenzionato di zona in cui verranno spedite le gomme e in cui verrà effettuato il montaggio! Peccato che il signor Paolucci mi consideri cliente di serie c (per non aver aquistato le gomme da lui) e pur non lavorando su appuntamento abbia le prossime settimane piene! Allora mi chiedo che senso abbia offrirsi di dare un certo servizio e non avere di fatto nessuna voglia di svolgerlo....
Non pretendevo un montaggio immediato! Ho solo chiesto un appuntamento o avrei rispettato come tutti l'ordine d'arrivo in officina.... Ma se per i suoi clienti il servizio era garantito, per me "forse non ci sarebbe stato il tempo!"
Magari il signor Paolucci lavora così bene che non ha bisogno di nuovi clienti! Certo io non sarò tra questi! Consiglio vivamente all'officina di non rendersi disponibile per servizi che non vogliono fare così da evitare che la gente perda il proprio tempo con loro!!
Professionalism '? Seriousness'?
My husband bought winter tires on the site gommadiretto.it which lets you choose from the list the agreement with the area where the tires will be shipped and where the assembly will be carried out! Too bad that Mr. Paolucci considers me a customer of series c (for not having bought the tires from him) and while not working by appointment has the next full weeks! So I wonder what sense it has to offer to give a certain service and in fact have no desire to do it ....
I didn't demand an immediate assembly! I only asked for an appointment or I would have respected the order of arrival in the workshop like everyone else ... But if for his customers the service was guaranteed, for me "maybe there would be no time!"
Maybe Mr. Paolucci works so well that he doesn't need new customers! Of course I won't be among them! I strongly advise the workshop not to be available for services they don't want to do so as to prevent people from wasting their time with them !!
