S	Sabrina Consiglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recata al vostro negozio al rione alto, attratta sopratutto dalle vantaggiose offerte, volevo provare la vostra messa in piega , ed eventualmente diventare cliente. A parte la maleducazione delle dipendenti(neanche un "buongiorno" o "si accomodi")ho dovuto recarmi io al banco dove mi hanno registrato e mi sono seduta ad aspettare il mio turno. Dopo oltre mezz'ora di attesa vedo una cliente abituale arrivata dopo di me che viene fatta accomodare, ed alle mie rimostranze, mi viene negato il mio turno, tra l'altro provato dalla mia registrazione. Lo sgarbo, più la prepotenza della vostra "parrucchiera"mi hanno fatta alzare e decidere di andarmene e non tornare più. Adesso capisco che i prezzi sono bassi perchè il servizio è pessimo, Il personale non ha la minima educazione, nè gentilezza, nè correttezza This morning I went to your shop in the upper district, attracted above all by the advantageous offers, I wanted to try your styling, and eventually become a customer. A	Annamaria Vinciguerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente d'accordo con chi dice che le ragazze sono maleducate e antipatiche per motivi lavorativi ho provato tutti e tre i negozi e devo dire che sia l'accoglienza , l'educazione e la professionalità sono state impeccabili... costi ridotti ma prodotti ottimi (vi consiglio di provarli!)anche a me é capitato di spostarmi e cambiare posto più volte ma giustamente alle ragazze servivano i posti per lavorare .. un po' di comprensione !! Ottima esperienza ci ritornerò sicuramente I do not at all agree with those who say that girls are rude and unpleasant for work reasons I have tried all three shops and I have to say that reception, education and professionalism have been impeccable ... reduced costs but excellent products (I suggest you try them!) Attraggono clienti con il listino molto conveniente che è impresso alla vetrina, poi ti aggiungono vari extra. Io ho portato la mia maschera specifica per capelli ricci e mi hanno addebitato 3 Euro per l'applicazione, di un prodotto mio!!! Sembra una catena di montaggio, sono stata spostata 3 o 4 volte durante il trattamento. Usano metterti dentro il collo un asciugamano di spugna, contro tutte le norme igieniche (brividi). Meno male che ho asciugato i capelli al naturale, le spazzole erano piene di capelli delle altre clienti. Il personale è del tutto indifferente alle richieste delle clienti; qualche cliente si lamenta del prodotto che colava giù nel collo o che era passato troppo tempo dall'applicazione dei prodotti. Ho pagato quanto dal mio parrucchiere di fiducia. Non ho alcun motivo per tornarci. I refer to the shop opened a few months ago at the Rione Alto, Via Giulio Palermo. Small shop, many workers. The staff is completely indifferent to customer requests; some customers complain about the product dripping down the neck or it had been too long from the application of products. I paid as much as from my trusted hairdresser. I have no reason to return.

Il personale parla dei fatti loro davanti ai clienti .. in modo acceso e volgare.. Credo che il signor Paolo caso dovrebbe considerare l’idea di stare al negozio di via belvedere e non solo a quello di piazza degli artisti perché qui c’è bisogno urgente della sua supervisione !!! Per quanto mi riguarda Non ci tornerò più. Voleva esser fatta il colore come fa ogni mese ma questa volta si è trovata ad essere seguita da un ragazzo impreparato e poco professionale che voleva applicarglielo solo sulle radici e non sulle punte, pretendono un aggiunta al listino prezzo per applicarglielo per intero ma senza averlo specificato. Da quando se si chiede un colore non viene applicato anche sulle lunghezze? È la prima volta che le capitava una cosa del genere e ripeto lo esegue al vostro salone ogni mese, e perdipiù il tutto molto arronzato, andava di fretta il ragazzo. Mi ha accolta con molta gentilezza una giovane donna che poi ho scoperto essere la figlia di Paolo.In pochi minuti mi sono accomodata per il colore e in un'ora ero fuori soddisfatta e felice del risultato.Lo staff è professionale ed educato e i prezzi nella norma.Complimenti a tutti.
