È stata un'esperienza molto bella, dalla pianta dei piedi ha visto tantissime cose che solo io sapevo di avere e ne ha viste altre a me sconosciute ma vere. Quando sono andata al suo studio ho notato subito che stava lavorando rispettando tutte le norme di sicurezza richieste dalla situazione.
Poi i colori delle pareti che a me trasmettevano pace,non le solite pareti bianche.
Poi la professionalità e l'umanità hanno fatto tutto il resto,tutto quello che capiva mentre toccava i punti della pianta del piede....era tutto vero ero consapevole della mia situazione.
Paola è riuscita con la sua solarità a mettermi a mio agio e ad aiutarmi a stare bene.

I met Paola about a year ago after buying a foot reflexology vaucher.
When I went to his studio I immediately noticed that he was working respecting all the safety regulations required by the situation.
Then the colors of the walls that conveyed peace to me, not the usual white walls.
Then the professionalism and humanity did everything else, everything he understood while touching the points on the sole of his foot .... it was all true I was aware of my situation.
Paola managed with her sunshine to put me at ease and to help me feel good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato il mio percorso con Paola in un momento per me difficile, non sapevo proprio dove sbattere la testa e a livello emotivo ero distrutta. Ero sempre pronta a dire di sì a tutto anche quando le cose non mi andavano bene e non calzavano con quello che sono realmente.
Premetto che, per via di tantissimi pregiudizi, non avevo mai considerato di seguire un percorso di coaching, mi sbagliavo alla grande!
Quando ho scoperto la bellezza di andare da un terapeuta, anche solo per parlare con qualcuno che non si conosce, con qualcuno che non giudica il tuo pensiero anche se magari non lo condivide, mi si è aperto un mondo. Ricordo ancora il primo giorno che sono andata da Paola, quando sono uscita da quella stanza avrei voluto tornare subito dentro, ero davvero felice. Mi sembrava strano ma lì capii quanto può essere bello sentirsi addosso la libertà di vivere le proprie emozioni. Parlare è importante, anche delle cose che a noi sembrano banali.
In Paola ho trovato una persona molto professionale, un animo gentile. Ha aiutato molto me e la mia famiglia. Gliene sarò sempre grata!. ?
I started my journey with Paola in a difficult moment for me, I did not know where to turn and I was emotionally destroyed. I was always ready to say yes to everything, even when things were not going well and I did not fit with what they really are.
I state that, because of many prejudices, I had never considered to follow a coaching journey, I was wrong big time!
When I discovered the beauty of going to a therapist, just to talk to someone you do not know, with someone who does not judge your thoughts even if he does not share it, I discovered a new world opened. I still remember the first day I went to Paola, when I left that room I wanted to go right back in, I was really happy. It seemed strange but here I realized how it can be nice to feel him the freedom to live their emotions. Talking is important, even the things which seem trivial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paola e' una persona competente e professionale! Mi sono trovata subito bene con lei. La riflessologia mi ha portato molto beneficio, non solo e' un momento di benessere da cui esci rigenerato e che ti riequilibra, ma mi ha portato giovamento ad alcuni sintomi fisici che avevo.
Paola inoltre e' un'ottima counseling, sa creare un ascolto empatico e puo' essere un ottimo aiuto in momenti critici! Per me e' stata un 'esperienza piu' che positiva!
