★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trovato per caso questo meraviglioso locale, situato nella valle sotto Gangi. Si viene accolti da personale molto cortese e dalla proprietaria che sa davvero come coccolare i clienti. Il cibo è freschissimo, corto sul momento. Si trovano molti prodotti locali presentati con accostamenti eccezionali. Degno di nota l'antipasto rustico, dove si vede la passione per le cose fatte bene. Anche i primi sono preparati con ricette curate dalla proprietaria. Non abbiamo provato i secondi, ma sicuramente saranno all'altezza delle aspettative. Anche i dolci sono fatti da loro. Che dire, sicuramente torneremo!
We found this wonderful place by chance, located in the valley below Gangi. You are greeted by very courteous staff and by the owner who really knows how to pamper customers. The food is very fresh, short on the spot. There are many local products presented with exceptional combinations. Worthy of note is the rustic appetizer, where you can see the passion for things done well. The first courses are also prepared with recipes prepared by the owner. We haven't tried the latter, but they will certainly live up to expectations. Desserts are also made by them. What can I say, we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the bean soup a farfalle salmone and they were both fabulous!!!! Best farfalle salmone we have had in Sicily and our daughter orders it all the time. They had a fixed menu the day we came in but after realizing we didn’t want that they bent over backwards to fix us what we wanted! Normally an extensive menu but this was the day after Christmas on Festa di Santo Stefano (Boxing Day) vist Gangi and eat here!
