Panino con porchetta eccellente: pane croccante, porchetta abbondante, prezzo onestissimo (3.5), il tutto servito con simpatia e conoscenza del prodotto. Si stava viaggiando sull'autostrada, per fortuna ci siamo lasciati convincere dalle recensioni (giustamente) eccellenti su Google Maps. Se amate la porchetta, passate da queste parti, siete affamati, e non vi fermate qui siete pazzi! Grazie per una "merenda" eccezionale! Don't be fooled by the "bad place" where this porchettaro is posted. Excellent porchetta sandwich: crispy bread, abundant porchetta, very honest price (3.5), all served with sympathy and knowledge of the product. We were traveling on the highway, luckily we were convinced by the (rightfully) excellent reviews on Google Maps. If you love porchetta, come here, you're hungry, and don't stop here, you're crazy! È situato in un piazzale asfaltato, un pò nascosto, laterale slla strada principale, in direzione Orte. Come si vede dalle fotografie allegate, non ci sono barriere architettoniche. Troverete il sig. Franco o sua moglie, che vi accoglieranno con amichevole cortesia ed educazione, ed anche la prima volta che ci andate, vi sembrerà di essere clienti di vecchia data. Il piatto principe è sicuramente il panino con la porchetta, di cui il signor Bombace ne è ambasciatore, presentando alcune delle migliori porchette ternane. Ma vengono anche proposti altri affettati (non posso fare a meno di consigliarvi di assaggiare un panino con coppa e formaggio). Per bere, la scelta ricade su acqua, birra, e bibite gasate. In vetrina sono presenti anche prodotti tipici locali da consumare tranquillamente a casa, come miele, biscotti, nocciole ed altro. La nutrita clientela, in caso di tempo inclemente, può tranquillamente accomodarsi in una tenda situata a 2 metri alla sinistra del chioschetto, in cui ci sono panche e tavolini per sedersi comodamente. Una delle migliori porchette che abbia mangiato. Se passate di lì, non dimenticate di salutare BIANCO e ROSICHINO, i due amabili e coccolosissimi felini che 'abitano' vicino al chiosco. P.s.: ah, dimenticavo ... i prezzi sono bassissimi. Franco Bombace's 'PICCOLO RISTORO' is a small kiosk not far from the Orte motorway exit. It is located in an asphalted square, a little hidden, on the side of the main road, towards Orte. As can be seen from the attached photographs, there are no architectural barriers. You will find mr. Franco or his wife, who will welcome you with friendly courtesy and education, and even the first time you go there, you will seem to be longtime customers. The main dish is surely the sandwich with porchetta, of which Mr. Bombace is its ambassador, presenting some of the best porchetta from Terni. But other cold cuts are also offered (I can't help but recommend tasting a sandwich with a cup and cheese). For drinking, the choice falls on water, beer, and carbonated drinks. In the window there are also typical local products to be consumed safely at home, such as honey, biscuits, hazelnuts and more. The large clientele, in case of inclement weather, can easily sit in a tent located 2 meters to the left of the kiosk, where there are benches and tables to sit comfortably. One of the best suckling pigs I have eaten. If you pass by there, don't forget to say goodbye to BIANCO and ROSICHINO, the two lovable and cuddly felines who 'live' near the kiosk. P.s .: ah, I forgot ... the prices are very low.

A rendere piacevole la sosta è stata anche la presenza di tre gatti randagi stupendi ed educati che non importunano mentre si mangia. Fermatevi e non ve ne pentirete! Panini con Porchetta sublimi e gran cortesia e simpatia dei proprietari che non guasta mai. ANDATECI!!! AWESOME!!! We were looking for a quick refreshment near the Autostrada and we chose it considering the excellent reviews. Sublime Porchetta sandwiches and great courtesy and friendliness of the owners that never hurts. GO THERE !!!

Ottimo panino e i proprietari sempre gentilissimi I have known Panini and Porchetta for many years, a must during our travels between Ferrara and Palermo, today after the pandemic we made this stage again.
