★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa dire... una di quelle sorprese piacevoli che ti riempiono la giornata uggiosa.
Arriviamo in 5 per il pranzo di domenica 9, ci accolgono senza problemi in compagnia del nostro piccolo maltese.
Antipasti con taglieri davvero ottimi (prosciutto e ventricina da LODE, pallotte superbe e formaggi di gran qualità... a mio giudizio da rivedere il salame, troppo fresco).
A seguire carbonara squisita e perfettamente eseguita.
Più di una tagliata, certamente ed evidentemente selezionata, cotta come da richiesta di ognuno di noi (è una rarità...), patate con cipolla e salsiccia (un'arma nucleare...) e patatine tradizionali.
Per la più bella tra noi ma di certo la meno furba (ma dico io... con tutto quel ben di Dio...), un ottimo hamburger e patate.
Bottiglia di vino Pasetti e varie lattine di Coca.
Prezzo onestissimo e personale davvero empatico. Bravi, è stato un piacere e lo sarà ancora in futuro!
 What to say ... one of those pleasant surprises that fill your gloomy day.
We arrive in 5 for lunch on Sunday 9, they welcome us without problems in the company of our little Maltese.
Appetizers with really excellent platters (praised ham and ventricina, superb pallotte and high quality cheeses ... in my opinion the salami should be reviewed, too fresh).
Followed by exquisite and perfectly executed carbonara.
More than one cut, certainly and obviously selected, cooked as requested by each of us (it's a rarity ...), potatoes with onion and sausage (a nuclear weapon ...) and traditional chips.
For the most beautiful of us but certainly the least clever (but I say ... with all that goodness ...), an excellent hamburger and potatoes.
Pasetti wine bottle and various cans of Coke.
Very honest price and really empathetic staff. Well done, it was a pleasure and it will be again in the future!

Make sure to try the "Tour of Abruzzo" first as it is a wonderful local selection of meats, cheeses, bread and fantastic meatballs with egg and cheese. For me, the ultimate treat is their arrosticini! We have sampled many arrosticini around Abruzzo, and theirs is by far the most tender and flavorful! I would also recommend trying the livers. I have never been a big liver fan, but theirs were out of this world good! And then there's the wine... my new favorite; Marina Cvetic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo d.o.c. S. Martino Rosso! Georgia and her staff are extremely attentive and welcoming, their hospitality is unsurpassed! Now if we only lived nearby...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked 6 weeks in the neighborhood of this restaurant. Once I found out about this place, I went there every day. Really good food at a low price, cosy environment, friendly and helpful staff, going the 'extra mile' for their customers and speaking English as well.
I can really recommend it!
