Buona la scelta dei prodotti freschi, migliorabile l'accuratezza dell'utilizzo di altri ingredienti come salumi e altri condimenti. Da migliorare decisamente l'organizzazione della distribuzione dei panini, soprattutto se non si prenota prima. Negli orari di punta si rischia un'attesa di oltre mezz'ora se si decide di scegliere il panino, fra i tanti a disposizione, invece di accontentarsi di quelli già pronti. Molto buoni i panini sia come ingredienti, sia soprattutto come tipo di pane, ma questo ovviamente dipende anche dal fornitore. L'arredo è adeguato per una paninoteca, ma ci sono solo sedute alte per cui qualcuno potrebbe avere delle difficoltà. La saletta interna non è molto grande però c'è l'esterno su strada.
