★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lontani dal bar prezzi osceni, un mini trancio di pizza pagato un'esagerazione e alla richiesta di spiegazione il barista è andato in difficoltà, ne ha approfittato forse perché ero di passaggio...di sicuro non ci metto più piede.

Premetto di essere stata una cliente abituale .anche oggi ero lì x prendere un caffè prima del lavoro.mi reco a pagare, chiedo la tessera prepagata x i caffè da 10 € che compro regolarmente e presentò il mio BancoPosta x pagare 12.3o €.sgarbata la proprietaria mi dice che non lo accettano anche se in vetrina c'è l'adesivo e nessun cartello ad avvertire il cliente. Non avendo contanti offro di pagare 2.30€ della consumazione e ritirare a fine lavoro(3 ore dopo) la tessera.lei mi dice che ha fatto lo scontrino e devo pagare.incredula x il trattamento mi offro di andare a ritirare i contanti al bancomat arrivando in ritardo sul lavoro.in quel momento vedo arrivare una persona che aspettavo x parlare di lavoro e gli vado incontro.il proprietario mi si piazza davanti minaccioso e mi dice che devo lasciargli un documento... il mio imbarazzo è palese e spiego subito la situazione al signore che resta sbalordito...le mie colleghe capita la faccenda si alzano indignate e pagano x me... i presenti e me soprattutto Non avevano parole.non offrono un servizio che pubblicizzano in vetrina e si accaniscono col cliente....vergogna!!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I state that I was a regular customer. Even today I was there to have a coffee before work. I go to pay, I ask for the prepaid card for the € 10 coffee that I buy regularly and presented my BancoPosta to pay € 12.3o. owner tells me that they don't accept it even if there is a sticker in the window and no sign to warn the customer. Having no cash, I offer to pay € 2.30 of the drink and collect the card at the end of the work (3 hours later). She tells me that she made the receipt and I have to pay. Incredulous x the treatment I offer to go to collect the cash at the ATM arriving late at work. At that moment I see a person waiting for me to talk about work and I go to him. The owner stands in front of me threateningly and tells me that I have to leave him a document ... my embarrassment is clear and I immediately explain the situation to the gentleman who is flabbergasted ... my colleagues understand the matter get up indignant and pay for me ... those present and me above all They had no words. They do not offer a service that they advertise in the shop window and they are furious with the customer ... .shame!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere un panificio/pasticceria/caffetteria, c'è una qualifica delle tre che va rivista! Non si può definire pasticceria un'esposizione fatta con quattro brioche congelate e delle pastarelle industriali, anche del giorno prima.
Considerati i prezzi alti, si può e si deve offrire di meglio alla clientela.
To be a bakery / pastry shop / café, there is a qualification of the three that needs to be reviewed! You can not call pastry an exhibition made with four frozen brioche and industrial pastarelle, even the day before.
Given the high prices, we can and must offer our customers better.

€2.50 per un bignè così secco che quanto è arrivato al tavolo si è semplicemente aperto in 3 pezzi; metà sopra, metà sotto e poi la glassa.
Di sicuro non era fresco. Ho chiesto conferma alla titolare riguardo al prezzo, lei mi risponde con un baldanzoso "Si,si!".
Io non ho tempo, ma qualcuno avverta le fiamme gialle.
Ladri, e pasticceri pessimi.
