Pizza: lievitatura ottima, ma per il resto una "cosa" industriale da poco.
Focaccia: praticamente poco più di un pezzo di pane secco.
Slices of pizza and focaccia bought at the supermarket but produced by them.
Pizza: excellent leavening, but otherwise a recent industrial "thing".
Focaccia: practically little more than a piece of dry bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane decisamente buono e pizza ancora di più. La signora è molto gentile soprattutto con i bambini. E ovviamente il profumo di pane è meraviglioso nell'aria.
Definitely good bread and even more pizza. The lady is very kind especially with children. And of course the smell of bread is wonderful in the air.
