★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie a loro mi hanno rovinato una festa di compleanno,cioè prenoto circa 50 di pezzi di tavola calda, 2 torte per il giorno dopo,arrivo la a mi dicono con molta nonchalance, che c'era stato un disguido e ke le cose nn erano state preparate!!!Mi spiego meglio se questa recensione la legge il proprietario e non capisce la parola Nonchalance, CAMBIA MESTIERE !!!!nonCI Sai PROPRIO FARE CON LA CLINENTELA!!!Troppo ma troppo scadenti!!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza e torta rovinata. Ordino una torta da 4kg , prezzo di 16€ al kg. Il giorno successivo faccio ritirare la torta, consegnano la torta e fanno pagare 86€ (perchè mi hanno fatto lo sconto.............!!). Mi arriva una torta gigantesca che non ho idea di dove conservare per le 2 ore prima del taglio (si trattava di un compleanno). Mi viene il dubbio e peso la torta che risulta pesare 6,2 kg , cerco di ricreare un ambiente più fresco possibile ma non appena arriva il momento della torta, all'apertura mi accorgo che la torta è diventata budino. Chiamo il giorno seguente per chiarimento, mi ripetono che la torta risultava 5kg e che ho pagato 86€ perchè mi hanno fatto lo sconto. (16€ al kg x 5kg = 80€)
Bad experience and ruined cake. I order a 4kg cake, price 16 € per kg. The next day I collect the cake, deliver the cake and charge 86 € (because they gave me the discount ............. !!). I get a giant cake that I have no idea where to store for the 2 hours before cutting (it was a birthday). I doubt and I weigh the cake which appears to weigh 6.2 kg, I try to recreate an environment as fresh as possible but as soon as the time for the cake arrives, when I open it I realize that the cake has become pudding. I call the following day for clarification, they repeat that the cake was 5kg and that I paid € 86 because they gave me the discount. (€ 16 per kg x 5kg = € 80)
