★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipende da chi e'al banco...a me e'capitato che attuale banconista molto sciatta manca di tatto e nel servirmi affettato non si e'cambiata I guanti....prendendo altre ordinazioni avanti a me..e continuando con gli stessi guanti a servirmi affettato..davanti alla mia richiesta di cambiarseli..ha fatto storie...ed lo stesso proprietario...anziche'dar ragione al cliente ha avuto un atteggiamento risentito.....in conclusione....non dovete servire prodotti di banco senza opportune precauzioni..stateci attenti!!!...
It depends on who is at the counter ... it happened to me that current very sloppy banker lacks tact and in serving me sliced she didn't change her gloves .... taking other orders ahead of me .. and continuing with the same gloves to serve me sliced..in front of my request to change them..have made stories ... and the same owner ... instead of reason the customer had a resentful attitude ..... in conclusion .... you must not serve counter products without proper precautions .. be careful !!! ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordiniamo una teglia di pizza per le ore 20. Ci dicono che per garantire la puntualità il sabato non si possono scegliere più di due gusti. Va bene. Ebbene dopo aver atteso 50 minuti (!!!) portiamo la nostra teglia a casa e scopriamo che è bruciata.
Tutto può succedere, ma un minimo di scuse da parte del personale forse avrebbe evitato di perdere il cliente. Non ci torneremo più.
We order a pan of pizza for 8 pm. They tell us that to ensure punctuality on Saturdays you cannot choose more than two flavors. That is fine. Well after waiting 50 minutes (!!!) we take our pan home and discover that it is burnt.
Anything can happen, but a minimum of apology from the staff might have avoided losing the customer. We will not go back again.
