β β β β β Chaos. There is no other word for this place. Throw chaos on top of rude Italians.... and yes, as a whole Italians are rude and seem to be even more so when you put them in a car and on the autostrada.
People whipping around you to take the parking spot you were waiting for, then yelling at you like you're the problem. Inside the chaos reigns Supreme! Multiple lunch counters that you just have to power through the throng of people to get to, no order, no compassion, no process... just chaos!!
