Vorrei dire al personale che prima di fare i saccenti devono imparare le cose come funzionano perché altrimenti fate solo bruttissime figure. Magari la prossima volta già che ci siamo parlate in italiano, non in dialetto che non tutti lo capiscono; magari evitate anche di sottointendere che volevamo fare i furbi non pagando eh. By paying with the eni station + app they made stories. I would like to tell the staff that before doing the saccenti they have to learn things how they work because otherwise you only do very ugly figures. Maybe next time we have already spoken in Italian, not in dialect that not everyone understands it; maybe even avoid implying that we wanted to be smart by not paying eh.

f	flaminia spinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una breve sosta per scarico/carico camper ci viene negata dal personale alla cassa la possibilità di poter fare anche gasolio presso le vicine pompe, ma di ricorrere alle pompe per le macchine, purtroppo non accessibili secondo l'ordinario senso di marcia. Abbiamo fatto gentilmente presente il problema ma ci è stato risposto picche, affermando: "è un problema di voi camperisti, procedete controsenso e tornate alle pompe per le auto" (il cassiere prestava servizio oggi 15 agosto 2021 alle 12). Da segnalare anche che l'impianto di carico/scarico non funziona in maniera regolare. Gli erogatori di GPL non funzionano bene e gli addetti affermano che sono le valvole dei clienti ad essere bloccate. L'ENI deve intervenire a salvaguardia del proprio marchio. Bad system, rude, indifferent and arrogant LPG staff. The LPG dispensers are not working well and the employees say that it is the customers' valves that are blocked. ENI must intervene to safeguard its brand.
