★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia suocera va spesso in montagna da quelle parti e ogni volta ci porta qualche dolcetto preso nei negozi del luogo. Questa volta è toccato al panificio plebs di Gallio e il dolce in questione è una semplice crostata al cioccolato. Beh, credo sia in assoluto la frolla migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Sono rimasto davvero colpito di aver trovato un dolce così buono in un panificio di paese. Sicuramente lo sarà anche il pane. Complimenti ancora, da consigliare assolutamente!
My mother-in-law often goes to the mountains in those parts and every time she brings us some sweets from local shops. This time it was the turn of the plebs di Gallio bakery and the dessert in question is a simple chocolate tart. Well, I think it's the best shortcrust pastry I've ever eaten. I was really impressed to have found such a good dessert in a village bakery. Certainly bread will be too. Congratulations again, absolutely recommended!
