S	Sith86 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La focaccia era molto buona..dirò una cosa che un tempo poteva sembrare strana..cioè..la focaccia che ho mangiato ”sapeva” di focaccia (un gusto che in altri panifici ormai è difficile da trovare).. leggera..leggermente croccante ma cmq soffice..non troppo spessa..olio “decente”..davvero non me lo aspettavo.. Di solito la focaccia che si mangia in giro (adesso) è troppo unta (con olio non digeribile per altro), con un gusto...booh...molti genovesi dovrebbero gridare allo scandalo ma nessuno dice niente perché ormai ci stiamo abituando a questi nuovi gusti (assai diversi da quelli di un tempo)..ho 33 anni ma ricordo bene il gusto della focaccia che mangiavo quando avevo meno di 10 anni.. Diciamo che questa almeno “assomiglia” a quella che mangiavo da piccolo..o almeno mi ha ricordato quel gusto.. ci tornerò AGGIORNAMENTO: la focaccia non è più come prima..hanno cambiato ingredienti o il modo di farla..avevo messo 5 stelle ma adesso ne merita 2/3..focaccia come in tantissimi altri posti ormai..purtroppo The focaccia was very good.I will say something that once seemed strange .. that is .. the focaccia I ate "knew" of focaccia (a taste that in other bakeries is now hard to find) .. light .. slightly crunchy but cmq soft .. not too thick .. oil "decent" .. I really did not expect ... Usually the focaccia you eat around (now) is too greasy (with non-digestible oil for other), with a taste ... booh ... many Genoese should scream scandal but no one says anything because by now we're getting used to these new tastes (very different from those of the past) .. I'm 33 but I remember the taste of focaccia I ate when I was less than 10 years old .. Let's say that this at least "resembles" the one I ate when I was little ... or at least reminded me of that taste .. I will be back UPDATE: the focaccia is no longer the same as before .. they changed ingredients or how to make it .. I had put 5 stars but now it deserves 2 / 3.focaccia as in so many other places now .. unfortunately

Dopo essere tornata per la sostituzione ho preso altri prodotti per non mettere in difficoltà la commessa con i soldi in cassa... Mi ha dato una sfogliatella al burro con la quale mi sono bucata il palato con la sfoglia e all interno c era solo del burro... Crostatina alla marmellata con pasta frolla di loro invenzione... L unica cosa buona che ho preso lì è stata la focaccia e l estathe alla pesca in bottiglia.... E pensare che una volta era un forno meraviglioso... I'm sorry I have to review in a very negative way ... Pizza and pizzas with very salty sauce.
