★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio è riduttivo. Fanno di tutto: pane di grano saraceno, multicereali, curcuma, semi di girasole, lievito madre, e tanto altro. Pizze e focacce appena sfornate e dolci, tanti dolci, torte, brioches, pasticcini, colombe e panettoni con le varie salse, fatte con ricerca e passione. Da tornarci e ritornarci, perchè ogni volta trovate qualcosa di nuovo. Ah, dimenticavo...anche caffetteria e aperitivi. E poi le sorelle Nomelli sono anche simpatiche.
Bakery is an understatement. They do everything: buckwheat bread, multigrain, turmeric, sunflower seeds, mother yeast, and much more. Freshly baked pizzas and focaccias and desserts, many desserts, cakes, brioches, pastries, colombe and panettone with various sauces, made with research and passion. To go back and come back, because every time you find something new. Oh, I forgot ... also cafeteria and aperitifs. And then the Nomelli sisters are also nice.
