★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questo panificio del luogo ma finora non ci ho fatto spesa di frequente per via di altri percorsi ed abitudini...tra l'altro in zona non mancano altri forni molto buoni, però devo assolutamente segnalare la loro colomba pasquale che mi è arrivata in regalo! Una pasta profumata e di piacevole soffice consistenza, ricca di mandorle, canditi, un aroma di agrumi ecc...equilibrata, squisita...è piaciuta anche ai miei figli! Non c'è quello spiacevole retrogusto dato spesso da strutto e grassi di dubbia qualità. Davvero complimenti e credo sia una spia di altre bontà del panificio...

A fragrant paste with a pleasant soft consistency, rich in almonds, candied fruit, a citrus aroma etc ... balanced, exquisite ... my children also liked it! There is not that unpleasant aftertaste often given by lard and fat of dubious quality. Really compliments and I think it is a spy of other goodness of the bakery ...
