La pasta fatta in casa la fa da regina ,ricette della cultura regionale e romane,la carne ,locale, alla griglia è un trionfo di sapori antichi come tutte le pietanze.
Il forno offre il pane cotto a legna ed una favolosa pizza per tutti i gusti.
Iniziamo a colazione con pasticceria fatta in casa ,a pranzo meta indiscussa dei lavoratori locali che apprezzano la bontà dei piatti e la cordialità dello staff diretto dai mitici Davide e Romina che per il suo fare potrebbe ricordare la "Sora Lella ".
Alla sera pizza e trattoria dove organizzare cene per bambini e ragazzi sicuri di trovare sempre la massima cordialità e qualità.
Mi sono trovato molto bene.

Homemade pasta is the queen, recipes of regional and Roman culture, local, grilled meat is a triumph of ancient flavors like all dishes.
The oven offers wood-fired bread and a fabulous pizza for all tastes.
We start at breakfast with home-made pastries, at lunch the undisputed destination of local workers who appreciate the goodness of the dishes and the friendliness of the staff directed by the legendary Davide and Romina who for his work could remember the "Sora Lella".
In the evening pizza and restaurant where to organize dinners for children and teenagers sure to always find the utmost cordiality and quality.
I found myself very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sostato con il mio camion alla Fascina...ho trovato cordialità, genuinità, doccia e ampio parcheggio tranquillo.
Molto alla buona ma mi sono sentito come a casa. Lo consiglio a tutti i miei colleghi che si trovassero in zona.
I stopped with my truck at the Fascina ... I found friendliness, genuineness, shower and ample quiet parking.
Very homely but I felt like home. I recommend it to all my colleagues who are in the area.

Giropizza, tanto da fartela uscire dalle orecchie. Buono anche come ristorante. Ampio posteggio, anche camper e mezzi pesanti. Bar, pasticceria, e tavola calda. Che dire?
Provare per credere...... e buon appetito.
On several occasions I find myself here with friends.
Giropizza, enough to let you out of your ears. Also good as a restaurant. Large parking area, also campers and heavy vehicles. Bar, patisserie, and diner. What to say?
Seeing is believing ... and enjoy your meal.

- OTTIMI i prodotti (salumi, formaggi, dolci, pane.....). Non ci esprimiamo sui vini, poiché siamo astemi.... Abbondante spesa "di Pasqua" da portare al Nord!!!
- SQUISITO il pranzo (tagliatelle fatte in casa superspeciali: mai assaggiate di più buone....)
condito da olio evo (anche al peperoncino?)
Non vi sveliamo il resto per lasciarvi la sorpresa.....
- ECCEZIONALI I prezzi. CORDIALITÀ, GENTILEZZA e SIMPATIA sono GRATIS.

- EXCELLENT products (cured meats, cheeses, sweets, bread .....). We do not comment on the wines, as we are teetotalers .... Abundant "Easter" shopping to take to the North !!!
- EXQUISITE lunch (super-special homemade tagliatelle: never tasted better ....)
seasoned with extra virgin olive oil (also with chilli pepper?)
We do not reveal the rest to leave you the surprise .....
