Peccato che il fornaio si ostini a fare poca schiacciata di pane, se non arrivi presto è già finita. Buonissimo il pane bianco salato pugliese,delicato il pane integrale, e che dire poi della pasta per fare la pizza,delle schiacciatine rotonde e della focaccia secca .... non vi resta che andare e provare ...mi darete ragione . Friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment. Bakery able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. The Apulian salty white bread is delicious, the wholemeal bread is delicate, and what about the pasta for making pizza, the round flatbreads and the dry focaccia .... you just have to go and try ... you will agree with me.
