★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato me lo ricordavo meglio… la commessa prende la focaccia al formaggio con le mani (!) , poi usa un vecchio sacchetto per prendere quella all’olio (forse per non sporcarsi le mani?) , poi con lo stesso sacchetto prende gli spicci… dato che il lettore di carte “è rotto”… casualità, due ore dopo un mal di pancia tremendo.
Certe cose è meglio che restino nei ricordi…
 Too bad I remembered it better ... the saleswoman takes the cheese focaccia with her hands (!), Then uses an old bag to take the oil one (perhaps so as not to get her hands dirty?), Then takes the change with the same bag ... since the card reader "is broken" ... coincidence, two hours later a terrible stomach ache.
Some things are better left in memories ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la focaccia non e` niente di speciale e non assomiglia alle vere focacce genovesi, tende al gommoso e ha crosta dura in superficie.
the focaccia is nothing special and does not look like real Genoese focaccia, it tends to be rubbery and has a hard crust on the surface.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ora che è aperto anche di notte il weekend è il mio panificio preferito. Personale attento, focaccia e prodotti in generale davvero strepitosi, ambiente pulito e luminoso. Bella presenza dietro al banco, 5 stelle tutte meritate!!
Now that it's also open at night on weekends it's my favorite bakery. Attentive staff, focaccia and products in general really amazing, clean and bright environment. Beautiful presence behind the counter, 5 stars all deserved !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not stopping at this bakery, if you're in the area, is a huge mistake. The food is extraordinary, especially the foccacia. If you're on the fence about focaccia, this place will turn you into a true believer. Added bonus is that the people working there are extremely kind - especially to any kids you might have with you.
