Il titolare è la seconda generazione e porta avanti le tradizioni ma propone anche innovazioni come pane ai cereali, alla quinoa e tanti altri pani che cambiano giorno dopo giorno, dando ai suoi clienti sempre un motivo di sperimentare nuovi gusti. Si vede tutta la passione e la dedizione al lavoro più duro e che per questo rischia di scomparire.
