Per adesso non ce ne sono moltissime, ma questo tipo di impasto rende digeribile qualsiasi tipo di pizza, se abbinato a ingredienti di qualità. A La Lanterna di Costabissara ho trovato tutti questi elementi grazie a un sito graficamente ben costruito e immediato che espone con la massima chiarezza le caratteristiche del locale unite a un'estrema (cosa non scontata) facilità di prenotazione. Il risultato è stato quello di gustare un prodotto genuino, all'altezza di quanto promesso sul website (dal quale è anche possibile scaricare, in anticipo, il menu completo). Il locale, grazie anche a delle funzionali e simpatiche lampade, dal design semplice e accattivante, che fungono da piccole lanterne disposte sopra i tavoli, offre un'atmosfera intima per le coppie che intendono concedersi una perfetta serata a due. L'ambiente interno, spazioso il giusto, all'occorrenza permette comunque il ritrovo di più persone, di coppie d'amici e altro. Ultima e non ultima la cortesia e disponibilità del personale: ho conosciuto il titolare la sera stessa e posso dire di aver scorto nella sua persona una profonda passione per il mestiere intrapreso, oltre a una completa trasparenza, professionalità e competenza. Assolutamente consigliato. I was looking for a pizzeria that offered gluten-free pizzas in my area. For now there are not many, but this type of dough makes any type of pizza digestible, if combined with quality ingredients. At La Lanterna di Costabissara I found all these elements thanks to a graphically well-constructed and immediate site that exposes with the utmost clarity the characteristics of the place combined with an extreme (not obvious) ease of booking. The result was to enjoy a genuine product, up to what promised on the website (from which it is also possible to download the complete menu in advance). The restaurant, thanks also to functional and nice lamps, with a simple and captivating design, which act as small lanterns placed above the tables, offers an intimate atmosphere for couples who want to indulge in a perfect evening for two. The internal environment, spacious enough, however, allows the meeting of more people, couples of friends and more if necessary. Last and not least, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff: I met the owner the same evening and I can say that I saw in his person a deep passion for the profession undertaken, as well as complete transparency, professionalism and competence. Absolutely recommended.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo secondo me, non è super economico, ma per il senza glutine ne vale assolutamente la pena. I was for dinner last Saturday, 10 and praise for gluten-free pizza! Really very tasty. Buffalo mozzarella is also excellent! I will definitely be back! Excellent value for money in my opinion, it is not super cheap, but for the gluten-free it is absolutely worth it.

Appena entrati se non salutavamo noi la ragazza al banco, lei nemmeno ci degnava di uno sguardo. 3€ in più per la pizza senza glutine sono ESAGERATI, dato che l'impasto della pizza non lo fate voi ma sono fondi già preparati ed essendo celiaca, in tutte le pizzerie che sono stata, chiedono al massimo 1€ o 2€ in più e le pizze le fanno loro e sono di loro produzione! Nel tavolo non c'erano i grissini, nemmeno quelli senza glutine, sarebbero dovuti esserci dato che il nome del vostro locale specifica affianco "senza glutine". La pizza era discreta ma la bufala sopra era gommosa. Infine ci saremmo aspettati che quando si finisce la pizza la cameriera venga a proporre i dolci ed invece abbiamo atteso molto e se non chiamavano noi la cameriera, lei nemmeno si avvicinava, era al banco che chiacchierava con la sua collega. Abbiamo fatto 30km per venire in questa pizzeria per poi uscirne delusi. I clienti non si trattano così, non la consigliamo e non ci torneremo più. As soon as we entered, if we didn't say hello to the girl at the counter, she didn't even deign to look at us. 3 € more for gluten-free pizza are EXAGGERATED, since you don't make the pizza dough but they are already prepared and being celiac, in all the pizzerias that I have been, they ask for a maximum of 1 € or 2 € more and they make their own pizzas and are of their own production! There were no breadsticks on the table, not even gluten-free ones, they should have been there since the name of your place specifies "gluten-free" next to it. The pizza was okay but the buffalo on top was rubbery. Finally we would have expected that when the pizza is finished the waitress will come to offer the desserts and instead we have waited a long time and if the waitress did not call us, she did not even come near, she was at the counter chatting with her colleague. We drove 30km to come to this pizzeria only to leave disappointed. Customers do not treat each other like this, we do not recommend it and we will never return.

From our very first visit we have enjoyed the food and the good company of ‘The Brothers’. We have had the fixed price menu with varied and excellent choices for lunch, wonderful pizza and hamburgers for dinner- everything was delicious served in a nice, comfortable setting. Hope to see you next year!!!
