★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È quello che in Francia chiamerebbero Boulanger Patissier perché non c'è solo il pane (rigorosamente con lievito madre e con farine poco raffinate) ma anche prodotti di alta pasticceria. Panettoni e colombe pasquali fra i più buoni della zona.
It is what in France they would call Boulanger Patissier because there is not only bread (strictly with mother yeast and not very refined flours) but also haute patisserie products. Panettone and Easter doves among the best in the area.
