★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo forno a conduzione famigliare che conosco da anni.Il papà Gino con la moglie sfornano un ottimo pane condito e non e integrale,pizze,torte e un po di tutto dalla polenta,pasta,latte,bibite,salumi confezionati ecc ecc.Essendo appassionato di torte a volte chiedo consigli e ricette e le faccio a casa.Ma la cosa più bella è la simpatia di questa famiglia,di Michela che porta il pane a domiciglio e Alessandra che come me ha qualche problema di linea a cui ho cercato di porre rimedio con speciali occhiali da me inventati che indossavo durante gli accquisti col risultato di risate a no finire.Dimenticavo che Gino sforna pane anche la domenica!?
Excellent family-run oven that I have known for years.Father Gino and his wife bake an excellent seasoned and non-wholemeal bread, pizzas, cakes and a bit of everything from polenta, pasta, milk, soft drinks, packaged meats etc. etc. I sometimes ask for advice and recipes about cakes and make them at home, but the most beautiful thing is the sympathy of this family, of Michela who brings bread home and Alessandra who, like me, has some line problems that I tried to ask remedy with special glasses I invented that I wore during the acquisitions with the result of endless laughter.I forgot that Gino bakes bread even on Sundays! ?
