Il principale è straordinario motivo è che il signor Gelpi panifica un certo quantitativo di pagnotte esattamente come faceva il nonno (senza il miglioratore).La mezza forma che trovo al Negozietto di Domaso ha rimosso ogni forma di intolleranza che si manifestava prima di questa decisione.Assolutamente impareggiabile il "braschin".
For more than 2 years now the bread that enters the house has been that of Garzeno. The main and extraordinary reason is that Mr. Gelpi bakes a certain quantity of loaves exactly as his grandfather did (without the improver) .The half wheel that I find at the Domaso Shop has removed any form of intolerance that manifested itself before this decision. The "braschin" is absolutely unmatched.

Excellent braschino made by a vintage baker, I also recommend biscuits and bisciola ... A little expensive but they deserve.
