Ma è un peccato veniale, per la bontà della pasticceria mignon, tanto che la chiamerei la "mignotteria" Fioravanti, senza offesa alcuna!
Oven with loaves and crushes? What are we kidding? Patisserie renowned for its quality here in Scarperia, a pity that for the small quantity for the exhibition space. But it is a venial sin, for the goodness of the mignon pastry, so much so that I would call it the Fioravanti "mignotteria", without any offense!

I collaboratori sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, il cibo di prima qualità, nessuna critica costruttiva da fare. Altamente raccomandato! Prezzi concorrenziali e flessibilità sono state delle qualità supplementari di primo livello.
5 star experience for a catering of about 40 people for 3 days in a row. Excellent organization of the part of the owner Valter, they took care of everything: food, drinks, dessert, lights, heating, service, tables.
The collaborators were very kind and helpful, the food of the highest quality, no constructive criticism to make. Highly recommended! Competitive pricing and flexibility were additional top-notch qualities.
