★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo passati da Buscemi e siamo entrati per caso nel panificio di Salvino (eravamo solo di passaggio, e tutti i negozi erano chiusi).
Oltre alla qualità del pane e dei suoi prodotti abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua cordialità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza.
Doveva essere un "accontentarsi" ma, grazie a un'idea di salvino, è diventato un buon pranzo al sacco farcito con tanta cortesia.
Unica nota "negativa": ho provato a offrirgli un caffè ma non ci sono riuscito.

We passed by Buscemi and accidentally entered Salvino's bakery (we were just passing through, and all the shops were closed).
In addition to the quality of the bread and its products, we greatly appreciated his friendliness, availability and kindness.
It was supposed to be a "contentment" but, thanks to an idea by Salvino, it became a good packed lunch filled with such courtesy.
The only "negative" note: I tried to offer him a coffee but I couldn't.
Good boy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior panificio di Buscemi e dintorni. Fantastici i biscotti a S (specialità della casa) e "u pane cunzatu" (personalmente preferisco la versione col pane casareccio). Se vi capita di passare qui vicino fateci un salto, ne rimarrete piacevolmente sorpresi.
The best bakery in and around Buscemi. The S-shaped biscuits (house specialty) and "u pane cunzatu" (personally I prefer the version with homemade bread) are fantastic. If you happen to pass by, take a trip, you will be pleasantly surprised.
