Di sera ci sono anche ottime pizze a taglio.
Non si puΓ² pretendere di piΓΉ, per me Γ¨ il miglior panificio di Palazzolo
The bread is excellent and varied. They even deliver it to your home if you want.
In the evening there are also excellent pizza by the slice.
You can't expect more, for me it is the best bakery in Palazzolo

β β β β β Buonissime le ciabatte calde (anche di sera), ottima la pizza con le verdure, gestione senza fronzoli ma con il pregio di mettere tutti a proprio agio e sempre pronti a consigliarti!
The hot slippers are delicious (even in the evening), the pizza with vegetables is excellent, management without frills but with the advantage of putting everyone at ease and always ready to advise you!

Sembra di far parte di una compagnia teatrale, tra Salvatore (il boss) Francesca (la sister) e Massimo (il fratello di entrambi). Sono dissacranti e divertenti ma professionali e competenti. Aperto tutto il giorno, sfornano ogni ben di Dio e la qualitΓ oltre a vederla si sente. Pane di ogni tipo e genere, pizze, colazioni, ciambelle, biscotti di vario genere, pizzoli......e molto altro.
Buying bread in this bakery is a fun experience. It seems to be part of a theater company, between Salvatore (the boss) Francesca (the sister) and Massimo (the brother of both). They are irreverent and fun but professional and competent. Open all day, they churn out every good thing and you can feel the quality as well as seeing it. Bread of all kinds and types, pizzas, breakfasts, donuts, biscuits of various kinds, pizzoli ...... and much more.

β β β β β We arrived a bit late to find lunch, and there was not much left. The ownerβs wife offered immediately a solution with some fresh bread and would add some mozzarella and tomatoes before putting it in the oven a bit. It was just delicious.
For us, it was a bit difficult to find bread we really like in Sicilia (bread is good but different than in France), and here it was really good.
The owner made us tried the chocolate bread during the preparation of our sandwiches. It was delicious.
Overall a great experience for us :)
