★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra tanti capolavori barocchi, è singolare trovare una Chiesa che, per le sue linee severe, ricorda, all'esterno, lo stile romanico. L'interno deve essere notevole, ma ho sempre trovato il portone chiuso, purtroppo.
Among so many Baroque masterpieces, it is unusual to find a church which, due to its severe lines, recalls the Romanesque style on the outside. The interior must be remarkable, but I have always found the door closed, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riedificata nel ‘700 sui ruderi dell’antica chiesa, non è mai stata completata. Della progettata chiesa a tre navate e a croce latina è stata costruita soltanto la navata centrale e una parte della navata di destra. La facciata, che ricorda lo stile romanico, è rimasta incompleta del secondo campanile. Il campanile di destra è stato ultimato nel 1815.
Rebuilt in the 1700s on the ruins of the ancient church, it has never been completed. Of the planned church with three naves and a Latin cross, only the central nave and part of the right nave was built. The facade, which recalls the Romanesque style, remained incomplete in the second bell tower. The right bell tower was completed in 1815.
