L'unica cosa è che dovreste tenere aperto più a lungo verso l'una. Lo trovo sempre chiuso e quindi io e i miei amici veniamo raramente a comprare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso fanno la focaccia migliore di Novi: "stirata" più croccante e bassa, "in padella" più alta e morbida. Prezzi nella media.
Pane nella norma.
In my opinion, they make the best focaccia in Novi: "stretched" more crisp and low, "in a pan" higher and softer. Average prices.

Buonissimi i canestrelli bolliti specialità di Novi Ligure o più precisamente della Pieve ( quartiere di Novi) .
Buonissima anche la focaccia con la cipolla (sottilissima) ,quella con il formaggio e la pizza a tranci detta "pugliese" (sono quelli che preferisco ).
Excellent production of bread and sweets.
The boiled canestrelli, a specialty from Novi Ligure or more precisely from the Pieve (Novi district), are delicious.
The focaccia with onion (very thin), the one with cheese and the pizza slices called "Pugliese" (those I prefer) are also very good.
