★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane e soprattutto la focaccia sono prodotti molto apprezzati e rinomati nel novese, e questo forno non fa eccezione. Personalmente apprezzo tantissimo la focaccia alta, molto morbida, ma anche la stirata ha i suoi buoni motivi per essere gustata. La varietà di pane è molto ampia e comprende a seconda dei giorni anche prodotti con curcuma, riso Venere e tipo toscano. Insomma una tappa consigliata per chi viene da fuori, e un ottimo forno per i residenti.
Bread and especially focaccia are highly appreciated and renowned products in the Novese area, and this oven is no exception. Personally I really appreciate the high focaccia, very soft, but even the stretched has its good reasons to be enjoyed. The variety of bread is very wide and, depending on the day, also includes products with turmeric, Venere rice and Tuscan type. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono capitata una mattina per caso di alcuni mesi fa per prendere del pane ...solo che quando sono entrata vedere tutto quel ben di dio ...dalla focaccia al formaggio che nn ha nulla da invidiare a quella di Recco ...focaccia normale e pizza ...ragazzi!!! ...che bontà !!..il personale è molto gentile ...io ho avuto a che fare con la ragazza del mattino ..e direi proprio squisita !! ...grazie davvero ..per esserci!
I happened by chance one morning a few months ago to get some bread ... only when I entered to see all that good things ... from the cheese focaccia that has nothing to envy to that of Recco ... normal focaccia and pizza ... guys !!! ... what goodness !! .. the staff is very kind ... I had to deal with the girl in the morning .. and I would say just exquisite !! ... thank you very much .. for being there!
