★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo panificio gestito con grande dedizione dai titolari, che producono innumerevoli tipi di pane, focacce e tarallini, classici e frutto di ricerca di sapori nuovi. Vi si trovano dolci ottimi per la colazione (bocconotti, crostate, biscotti, muffins, torte di mele, strudel) fatti secondo ricette tradizionali e materie prime di qualità. Ottima la focaccia ripiena tradizionale con la cipolla e olive. È un punto di riferimento da sempre per gli abitanti del quartiere. Decisamente consigliato.
Small bakery managed with great dedication by the owners, who produce countless types of bread, focaccia and tarallini, classic and the result of researching new flavors. There are excellent sweets for breakfast (bocconotti, pies, biscuits, muffins, apple pies, strudel) made according to traditional recipes and quality raw materials. The traditional stuffed focaccia with onion and olives is excellent. It has always been a point of reference for the inhabitants of the neighborhood. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerata la mia esperienza trentennale mi spiace affermare che di questo forno sia rimasto solo il nome che ricorda quanto davvero fossero buoni i suoi prodotti fino ad una decina di anni indietro.
Ora è cambiato quasi tutto in peggio, è rimasta solo la cortesia del proprietario, bassa qualità di materie prime e prodotti finiti.(deluso)
Considering my thirty years of experience, I am sorry to say that only the name of this oven remains, which recalls how good its products really were up to ten years ago.
Now almost everything has changed for the worse, only the courtesy of the owner, low quality of raw materials and finished products remained. (Disappointed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il " Forno di Ciccio", panificio storico del rione Casale è da decenni un punto di riferimento per gli abitanti del quartiere. Saltato agli onori della cronaca (anche nazionale) per la meravigliosa iniziativa di GIANLUCA, figlio del mitico sig. CASSIANO ed attuale gestore del forno. Da qualche tempo infatti il panificio sforna anche cultura... Attraverso il Book Sharing!!! Per cui oltre alle favolose focacce caserecce, a tutti i tipi di pane prodotti, alla pasticceria da forno tradizionale, ai pizzi, alle orecchiette artigianali e altri prodotti alimentari da market, trovate anche una sempre più fornita libreria per lo scambio assolutamente gratuito di libri fra avventori del forno,ognuno dei quali può prendere o lasciare testi da leggere. Un forno davvero a 5 stelle (ma solo perché non è possibile darne 15 o 20!!!!)

So in addition to the fabulous homemade focaccia, all types of bread produced, traditional baked pastries, lace, homemade orecchiette and other market food products, you will also find an increasingly stocked library for the absolutely free exchange of books between bakery customers, each of whom can take or leave texts to read. A truly 5-star oven (but only because you can't give it 15 or 20 !!!!)
