★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima panetteria e pasticceria artigianale, fondata nel 1962 e da allora a conduzione famigliare. E’ storicamente una delle pasticcerie tradizionali di Trieste. Conta tre punti frequentati vendita in città. Propone un’ampia varietà di pani, dolci (anche tipici triestini), torte, produzioni a base di cioccolato, confetture e gelatine di frutta.
Il negozio di via Rittmeyer ha un ruolo più rionale, con un’offerta quantitativamente più ridotta rispetto a quello centralissimo di via Palestrina, ma comunque qualitativamente non da meno.
In ogni caso prodotti buoni, con personale gentile e disponibile. Dolci anche su ordinazione.
È disponibile anche un piccolo angolo caffetteria, con due tavolini, macchinetta per caffè e frigo annesso. Da questo assolutamente da provare la selezione di succhi di frutta, anche esotici, di produzione propria. Un po' cari (3-3,5 euro la bottiglietta), ma assolutamente strepitosi: 75% di frutta, 5% di zucchero e acqua minerale. Gustosissimi (e decisamente migliori di alcune note marche industriali di qualità).
Excellent bakery and artisan pastry, founded in 1962 and since then family-run. Historically it is one of the traditional pastry shops of Trieste. It counts three points sold in the city. It offers a wide variety of breads, desserts (also typical from Trieste), cakes, chocolate-based productions, jams and fruit jellies.
The shop on Via Rittmeyer has a more local role, with a supply that is quantitatively smaller than the central one in Via Palestrina, but still qualitatively not less.
In any case, good products, with friendly and helpful staff. Sweets also to order.
There is also a small coffee corner, with two tables, a coffee maker and an attached fridge. From this absolutely to try the selection of fruit juices, even exotic, of own production. A little expensive (3-3.5 euros a bottle), but absolutely amazing: 75% of fruit, 5% of sugar and mineral water. Yummy (and definitely better than some well-known quality industrial brands).

Bonci was right ... finally a proper ciabatta ... crunchy on the outside with little crumb inside ... what a satisfaction for me coming from Rome ... I found my baker .... I absolutely recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto e dolci super. girovagando per Trieste ad ammirare i palazzi liberty nella zona tra via commerciale e Scorcola mi sono fermato a prendere due dolci da asporto, il personale è molto cordiale e come detto prima, i dolci sono super.
Great place and super sweets. wandering around Trieste to admire the liberty buildings in the area between via commerciale and Scorcola I stopped to get two takeaway desserts, the staff is very friendly and as mentioned before, the desserts are super.
