Tanti tipi di pane preparati scegliendo ingredienti nutrienti con cura e attenzione, da segnalare il nuovissimo pane alla canapa. Ora poi con la saletta per colazioni e pranzi si può mangiare cibi sani pur nella velocità del vivere quotidiano. Consigliatissimo! Un particolare suggerimento: provate le rosette con il prosciutto cotto all'interno e la polentina dolce, semplicemente meravigliosi. Per me sono poche 5 stelline <3
Luca and Barbara carry on with love this place of delights. From sweet to savory, in a carousel of colors and scents. Many types of bread prepared by choosing nourishing ingredients with care and attention, to be mentioned the brand new hemp bread. Now then with the breakfast room and lunches you can eat healthy food even in the speed of everyday life. Highly recommended! A particular suggestion: try the rosettes with the ham cooked inside and the sweet polenta, simply wonderful. For me there are few 5 stars <3

Consiglio vivamente, i loro prodotti sono da provare!
As a family we have been attending the Novak Bakery for many years. Always excellent products, with quality raw materials, is our reference bakery in Trieste. They have unique products that I always look good with when I give them to friends. Staff always friendly, polite and above all very professional. I highly recommend, their products are worth trying!
