Per non parlare del Panettiere Daniele che oltre a essere una persona molto cortese a mio avviso è anche una persona molto preparata ed estremamente meticolosa nel dare spiegazioni tecniche di tutti i prodotti. 5 stelle perché si vede a Occhio nudo l'eccellenza della materia prima e l'amore e la passione in quello che si fá. Quindi consiglio vivamente a tutti di Andare in questa panetteria a degustare qualche prodotto tipico. We were on holiday in Salento and we found ourselves in Passage a Spongano where we decided to have breakfast and buy some typical products of the area in this bakery .... the first thing we noticed is the attention to detail of the products themselves and not to mention the goodness of everything we ate. Not to mention the Panettiere Daniele who in addition to being a very courteous person in my opinion is also a very prepared person and extremely meticulous in giving technical explanations of all the products. 5 stars because you can see with the naked eye the excellence of the raw material and the love and passion in what you do. So I highly recommend everyone to go to this bakery to taste some typical product.

Daniele è una persona molto professionale, preparata e squisita come i suoi pasticciotti e i suoi rustici. Riguardo ai suoi rustici per me sono tra i più buoni che si possano trovare in Salento perchè oltre ai soliti ingredienti contengono un cuore di ... andate a scoprire di cosa. Potrete acquistare l'olio d'oliva a prezzi molto vantaggiosi e di qualità eccellente. Inoltre se siete in vacanza da quelle parti Daniele vi darà ottimi consigli su come godersi al meglio il magico Salento. Quindi consigliatissimo. Mandatory stop in Spongano to taste delicious and well made products. Daniele is a very professional person, prepared and exquisite like his pasticciotti and his rustics. Regarding his cottages for me they are among the best that can be found in Salento because in addition to the usual ingredients they contain a heart of ... go and find out what. You can buy olive oil at very advantageous prices and of excellent quality. Furthermore, if you are on holiday in those parts Daniele will give you excellent advice on how to best enjoy the magical Salento. So highly recommended.
