★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un lavoratore. Non ho tempo per tutto e quindi mi affido online per l'acquisto di un albero di Natale, ho anche un bambino piccolo e volevo vederlo felice. Vedo una loro offerta interessante. Ma dal primo minuto in cui ho avuto i dettagli del tracking ho capito che c'era qualcosa che non va. (Proprio per questo mi arrabbio perché la loro giustificazione è poco plausibile vista l'immediata mancanza dei dettagli del tracking) dicevo.. i dettagli del tracking SDA erano mai esistenti o errati passano dei giorni e ancora nulla poi chiedo gentilmente di avere novità e finalmente confessano che il pacco è stato smarrito... Ma guarda caso... Adesso aspettano che io abocca allo smarrimento quando la spedizione non è mai esistita... Complimenti. Fare certe cose a Natale ma davvero bravi..
I am a worker. I don't have time for everything and so I rely online to buy a Christmas tree, I also have a small child and I wanted to see him happy. I see an interesting offer from them. But from the minute I got the tracking details I knew something was wrong. (Precisely for this reason I get angry because their justification is implausible given the immediate lack of tracking details) I was saying ... the SDA tracking details were never existing or incorrect days go by and still nothing then I kindly ask for news and finally they confess that the package was lost ... But coincidentally ... Now they are waiting for me to get lost when the shipment never existed ... Congratulations. Doing certain things at Christmas but really good ..
