Le specialità di pane sono eccellenti, soprattutto se si decide di provare alcune varianti con mix di farine e semi. I dolci, poi, sono una vera eccellenza. Non appena sarò di nuovo a Belluno, tornerò a trovarvi. After a long search, the Bertagno bakery became, during my holidays in 2019 and 2020 in Belluno, the store that hosted me every morning. The bread specialties are excellent, especially if you decide to try some variants with a mix of flour and seeds. The desserts, then, are a true excellence. I prodotti classici sono freschi e buoni, mentre il senza glutine è d ivino... Io ho provato la pizza e la focaccia al grano saraceno. Peccato non aver questo panificio vicino a casa! G	Giovanna Cengia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo panificio x me è il migliore in zona Belluno, io frequento il negozio di Castion, il pane è buonissimo, il personale sempre gentile, una qualità veramente alta, mi piace che usino farine selezionate del territorio e l'uso del lievito madre, i dolci buoni, ottimii panettoni ma le brioches sono eccezionali, sono altissime da tanti strati hanno,il progetto poi della birra(buonissima) fatta anche con il pane che rimane invenduto ed il cui ricavato verrà dato in beneficenza è una cosa speciale grazie x la vostra qualità che ci offrite ogni voglia che entriamo nei vostri negozi..... Il negozio offre anche pasta, dolci secchi ed ha un frigo con yogurt, latte e burro. Il tutto di ottime Marche. Nel negozio trovi cibo per celiaci e tanta simpatia.
