Sono andato per cambiare un assegno emesso da una loro filiale e non me hanno cambiato motivando che non possono cambiare assegni di altre filiali, al limite del ridicolo.
La signora sgarbata e poco cordiale non sapeva se il cc di emissione aveva fondi, 400euro, senza neanche preoccuparsi di chiamare, cercare con aiuto dell informatica, cercare di aiutarmi.
Forse pensava di dover inviare un pony espress .Complimenti per incompetenza e maleducazione.
Ero il solo cliente, capisco perché.
Sono stato in altre banche tutti cortesi e mi hanno aiutato.Praticamente se ti fanno un assegno a Lentiai a Belluno dalla signora della BNL DI BELLUNO NON SI PUŌ CAMBIARE

Fissato appuntamento dopo due giorni dalla telefonata (hanno detto che non avevano disponibilità prima) all'arrivo la banca era vuota, nessun cliente in attesa, neanche in uscita. Per cittadino europeo, residente in Italia da anni quindi munito di documenti d'identità emessi in Italia, hanno chiesto passaporto, per apertura - dicevano "dopo due giorni" - di un conto corrente personale- pazienza, non tutti sono al giusto posto di lavoro. Abbiamo deciso di recarci presso un'altra banca dove in meno di due ore abbiamo risolto tutto, tanto alla Banca Nazionale del Lavoro non hanno tanta voglia di lavorare a come pare...
