Abbiamo provato della focaccia con patate, dei dolcetti e preso un pane siciliano. Tutto era buonissimo e il pane eccezionale, peccato non aver assaggiato altri prodotti!Accanto al panificio abbiamo potuto osservare il forno a legna e le fascine di olivo pronte per essere bruciate. Complimenti per tramandare le tradizioni e curare la qualità dei prodotti. Suggerito anche per un pranzo veloce in quanto situato in una via tranquilla e dotato di un paio di tavoli e sedie per pranzare. We were at the Ancient Traditions Bakery after a visit to the Cathedral of Monreale. We tried some focaccia with potatoes, some sweets and a Sicilian bread. Everything was very good and the bread exceptional, shame not having tasted other products! Next to the bakery we could observe the wood-burning oven and the olive bundles ready to be burned. Congratulations for passing on the traditions and taking care of the quality of the products. Also suggested for a quick lunch as it is located in a quiet street and has a couple of tables and chairs for dining.
