Commesse simpatiche.
Focacce abbastanza buone, ma per il prezzo mi aspetterei un condimento per lo meno più ricco e abbondate e una temperatura più elevata della focaccia.
Capisco le difficoltà nel preparare dei prodotti genuini, ma stiamo sempre parlando di una focaccia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato di giovedì mattina a pranzo. Ottima posizione per questo piccolo negozio posto nelle vicinanze della basilica di Santa Rita.
Prodotti di qualità elevata e davvero molto buoni. Certo la farinata era un po' spessa per i miei gusti, ma molto saporita.
I prezzi invece sono un po' alti e, ad esempio, una bottiglietta di acqua da mezzo litro la fanno pagare 1,20€.
A questo va aggiunto che, sebbene cortesi e disponibili, al momento di pagare un conto di oltre 35€, non hanno avuto neanche l'astuzia di scontare i pochi centesimi di più per ingraziarsi il cliente.
Ad ogni buon conto, se vi trovate da queste parti e volete mangiare una cosa al volo, prendete pure con la certezza di rimanere soddisfatti, ogni prodotto di questo forno.

Visited on a Thursday morning for lunch. Excellent location for this small shop located near the basilica of Santa Rita.
High quality and very good products. Sure the farinata was a bit thick for my taste, but very flavorful.
The prices, on the other hand, are a bit high and, for example, they charge € 1.20 for a half-liter bottle of water.
To this it should be added that, although courteous and helpful, when paying a bill of over € 35, they did not even have the cunning to discount the few cents more to curry favor with the customer.
In any case, if you are in these parts and you want to eat something on the fly, take it with the certainty of being satisfied, every product of this oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane e dolci buoni ma prezzi decisamente sopra la media. Appunto molto negativo: il Pan di una volta (oggi il Tradizionale) esce spesso semicrudo, l'impasto dentro la crosta è gommoso ed è veramente al limite dell'accettabile in termini di cottura. Da correggere assolutamente.
