★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza incredibile: prendo appuntamento con 2 settimane di anticipo, arrivo puntuale e mi fanno aspettare 20 minuti dopo che dico che ho altri impegni dopo; chiedo il semipermanente alle unghie e il risultato è che la signora mi gratta le unghie e applica (malamente) direttamente uno smalto senza nessuna base, nessun top, dicendo che è uno smalto nuovo che lo permette. Ma per cortesia! 15€ rubati! Dopo neanche 15 minuti ero fuori. Se pensate di fare clienti così... vi sbagliate di grosso: la piazza è ampia!
Incredible experience: I make an appointment 2 weeks in advance, I arrive on time and they make me wait 20 minutes after I say that I have other commitments after; I ask for the semi-permanent nails and the result is that the lady scratches my nails and (badly) directly applies a varnish without any base, no top, saying that it is a new varnish that allows it. But please! € 15 stolen! After less than 15 minutes I was out. If you think of making customers like this ... you are wrong: the square is wide!
