★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo discreto, vino al calice costosissimo, dolci nella norma. Un antipasto per uno, due secondi, un dolce, un calice di vino bianco e uno di nero...euro 120. Giro il mondo ma proprio qui dovevo capitare....
Discreet food, very expensive wine by the glass, desserts in the norm. An appetizer for one, two seconds, a dessert, a glass of white wine and one of black ... euro 120. I travel the world but this is where I had to happen ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da feltrino di ritorno dopo anni lontano da casa, finalmente ho potuto provare la tanto decantata cucina del Panevin.
Per entrée un flan di radicchio trevigiano e lampone e del baccalà mantecato con della crosta di polenta, accompagnati da un Riesling bello fruttato. Tutto piacevole, di baccalà mantecato ne ho mangiato sicuramente di più buono.
Come antipasto una tataki di tonno in salsa ponzu con alga wakame (perfezione) e per la seconda commensale un ovetto alla carbonara, con spuma di pecorino, guanciale croccante e pasta kataifi, buono nonostante la pasta kataifi si sia persa un po'.
Come primo abbiamo scelto entrambi dei ravioli ripieni di burrata con gamberi e funghi cardoncelli, veramente eccezionali - un baffetto del gambero è una pecca trascurabile.
Unico neo il secondo, maialino da latte con verza e senape croccante; forse il cuoco è più orientato al pesce, poiché il maialino me lo sarei aspettato più morbido e la senape non m'ha convinto ahimé, risultato sufficiente.
Ciononostante, il servizio è stato perfetto, l'atmosfera piacevole, il Vitovska del Carso eccezionale e il prezzo finale è in linea con gli standard.
4 stelle meritate, riproverò in futuro un secondo di pesce.
Having returned from Feltre after years away from home, I was finally able to try the much vaunted cuisine of Panevin.
For the entrée, a flan of Treviso radicchio and raspberry and some creamed cod with polenta crust, accompanied by a nice fruity Riesling. All pleasant, I certainly ate better creamed cod.
As an appetizer a tuna tataki in ponzu sauce with wakame seaweed (perfection) and for the second diner a carbonara egg, with pecorino mousse, crispy bacon and kataifi pasta, good despite the kataifi pasta being lost a bit.
As a first course we both chose ravioli stuffed with burrata with prawns and cardoncelli mushrooms, truly exceptional - a shrimp baffetto is a negligible flaw.
The only drawback is the second, suckling pig with cabbage and crunchy mustard; perhaps the cook is more oriented towards fish, since I would have expected the suckling pig to be softer and the mustard did not convince me alas, a sufficient result.
Nonetheless, the service was perfect, the atmosphere pleasant, the Vitovska del Carso exceptional and the final price is in line with the standards.
4 stars deserved, I will try again in the future a second of fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato oggi a pranzo in questo posticino davvero carino. Il cibo era ottimo, ho assaggiato la pavlova per la prima volta.. Buonissima ? e anche il risotto era spettacolare... Pesce top! Scegliendo il menù a sorpresa non sono rimasta delusa, anzi! Alla prossima ?
We ate for lunch today in this really nice little place. The food was great, I tasted the pavlova for the first time .. Yummy ? and the risotto was also spectacular ... Top fish! Choosing the surprise menu I was not disappointed, quite the contrary! Until next time ?

from outside it seems just an average restaurant, but just entering the main door everything is different: the place is very refined in the room details and warm!!
the dish appearance and the first look will make you fall completely in love!
in case that wasn't enough, the dish's description given by very careful waiters will enchant u completely!
the game is already over before tasting them, but if you don't believe me go ahead...and prepare for a culinary orgasm!!
the prawns and the lamb are an ecstasy for the taste!
price was around 40 euro/each with a starter, main course and 2glasses of wine (fair price considering the sublime experience)
